Email me if you want your address added to the send to all. (Then you won't have to count on your parents (or spouse) to remember to send to you.)
The Rules.
1. Use the "reply to all" button when it is your turn to write.
2. After each name above I have listed dates when you are due to write. Between June 30 and July 7 everyone should receive an email from Dave. Between July 7 and July 14, everyone should receive an email from Ruth, and so on.
3. When it is your turn, you should write your new message at the top. Delete what the previous person wrote. Answer ongoing questions and add you own.
4. Mom when it is your turn to write you may give a copy of your reply to me (or one of my siblings) and I will transcribe it and send it on.
5. Each family is invited to add email addresses of other family members to the Cc: line. Until it gets around you will need to forward the emails to your kids.
6. Feel free to write anything on your mind but remember this is a newsletter. If you don't brag about your kids, who will?
