Now for my newsletter addition:

I had a GREAT time visiting with family last weekend! It always amazes me how diverse a family we have become. I especially enjoyed some of the political discussions. WOW. After having so many crazy people in one house it is good to be back to being the only crazy person in my house.

We had a wonderful vacation in Rhode Island & Maine. We left on July 3rd and drove to Rhode Island. On the 4th we walked the entire Cliff Walk 3.5 miles and another 2.5 miles back to the car through town. It is a beautiful path between the ocean and some huge mansions. There were several for sale but I didn't have the $1million down payment necessary (I had left it in my other pants). We were then tired and hungry. On the 5th we continued on to Maine. Boothbay Harbor. There we had the perfect vacation, Food, Pool, and reading material. Oh yeah. Also had computer (Email, games I don't usually have time to play). On the 11th we left for home by way of Troy, NY. We love taking the scenic routes to and from vacation and there is a diner in Latham, NY we stop at whenever we are close by. We made it home on the 12th.

Last Tuesday Jeff's boss asked if he wanted to go to the Phillies game with him. It is nice having a boss who appreciates you. And the Phillies won.

Yesterday we had our Bowling Picnic for our Wednesday league. It was such hard work, Volleyball, Horse Shoes, Quates (Spelling? Microsoft spellchecker doesn't like it that way. Maybe Bill knows how to spell it). We also eat too much (but what else is new).

Speaking of eating too much. I was at the doctor in April and he called me OBESE. (I don't like him much anymore.) He also said my blood pressure was too high. He put me on diet and pills. Blood Pressure is much better and the other day I got on a scale for the first time in a while. I am down a little over 10 pounds.
